I have been waiting to send this email for a while, and I am so glad to finally share it with you.
Dr. Dayian, a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner, is joining The Gajer Practice and will be caring for patients at our Burke location Monday through Friday.
I want you to know that this was not a small decision for me. When you build a practice around actually knowing your patients, bringing someone new into that relationship means trusting her with people you care about. I was looking for someone who listens the way I would want to be listened to, who takes symptoms seriously when other people have brushed them off, and who understands that the person sitting across from her is the expert on his or her own body. Dr. Dayian is that person, and I am genuinely thrilled that she said yes.

Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Dayian, and I’m thrilled to be joining The Gajer Practice as a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner.
I’m passionate about getting to know my patients, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them feel their best. I’m so excited to meet you, build meaningful relationships, and be part of your care.

Everything good in medicine starts with a real relationship between you and your care team, and I have seen too many patients go years without one. Having Dr. Dayian here means more availability, more time in the room, and another clinician who cares as much as I do about finding you real answers.
If you are already part of this practice, you will meet her soon, and I think you will feel it right away. If you are new to us, this is a wonderful moment to walk through our doors.
