Liposuction is the surgical removal of unwanted excess body fat to help sculpt, slim and contour the body. This procedure is done under local anesthesia with minimal sedation and optional laughing gas (Pronox) for minimal downtime and maximal comfort.
FaceTite and BodyTite are a revolutionary minimally invasive skin tightening and fat melting technology that provides dramatically superior results to traditional liposuction. FaceTite focuses on areas of the face whereas BodyTite enhances areas of the body.
Depending on the treatment area(s), the procedure may take up to 4 hours. Minimal downtime varies per patient. Social downtime: 1-2 days. Limit intense exercise for 2 weeks. Compression garment advised.
Results with FaceTite appear in 10-14 days. Significant changes seen after 3 months, improving up to 12 months. With BodyTite you will see some immediate results. Similar to FaceTite, significant changes seen after 3-6 months, improving up to 12 months. Results can last for several years. Periodic touch-up treatments may be recommended to maintain your desired outcome.
Local anesthesia with minimal sedation is used at The Gajer Practice. Pro-Nox Nitrous Oxide Delivery System is also available for an additional fee for pain relief during your procedure.
The equipment is calibrated to ensure a perfect 50/50 blend delivered with each breath. Inhale while holding your own mouthpiece or mask. Keep the mouthpiece or mask up to your face, or nearby, as directed by your provider. Breathing in and out will help relieve pain and anxiety. Some patients report nausea, but taking a few deep breaths without the mouthpice or mask to your mouth should eliminate this feeling. Speak to your provider about any contraindications before using.
